Born in 1973 in Osaka Prefecture. After working as a manga artist and commercial illustrator since 1995, he launched his "Chucks" series in 2000, cleverly depicting the world's contradictions and problems through his unique sense of humor and cute characters. He initially gained media attention for his "street activities," selling handmade postcards on the streets of Osaka.
