The story is based on Part 4 of "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure." 11 years have passed since the deadly battle with his nemesis, DIO, in Egypt.
In 1999, Jotaro Kujo travels to Morioh Town, S City, M Prefecture, Japan, to meet his grandfather Joseph Joestar's illegitimate son, Josuke Higashikata. However, when he is discovered, Josuke possesses the same special ability as Jotaro: a Stand.
And, starting with Jotaro's visit, new Stand users begin to take action, as if drawn to each other. "There's something about this town..." Josuke rises up to protect Morioh Town, the town where he was born and raised.
