Speedwagon, now an oil tycoon, establishes a foundation, and Straizo replaces his master, Tonpetty, as the successor to the Ripple faction. Meanwhile, an archaeological excavation team dispatched by the Speedwagon Foundation discovers a strange mummy at an archaeological site in Mexico. Carved next to the mummy is a relief of the infamous Stone Mask...! The feud between the Joestar family and the Stone Mask is far from over...!
