Japanese hiragana and katakana are syllables, where one character represents one unit of sound. Hangul, however, is a phoneme, like the Roman alphabet, divided into consonant and vowel characters. A single character doesn't have meaning on its own; it's the combination of two or more that creates beauty and plays a rhythm that resonates in the heart.

This T-shirt features a versatile fabric from JAM HOME MADE, combining the wrinkle-resistant and quick-drying properties of polyester with the warmth, breathability, absorbency, and static-resistant qualities of cotton. The fabric is printed with a creative kanji character that blends the characters for "left" and "right."

The creative kanji character is neither left nor right, so it's placed in the center. Reflective processing ensures it reflects light even in the dark, creating a striking presence.

25+1=NICOICHI

Celebrating its 25th anniversary, JAM HOME MADE is starting a new chapter with a collection themed 25+1=NICOICHI. It represents the integration of seemingly incompatible elements. A collection of two inseparable elements that harmonize "Don't mix, it's wonderful when mixed."
By combining incompatible overground and underground elements such as nobility and laborers, celebrity neighborhoods and slums, guards and prisoners, like adding salt to watermelon, pineapple to pizza, or apples to potato salad, a sense of unity emerges from a difference in Japanese aesthetic, creating decorative works that evoke the idea that mixing them can lead to trouble.
The word "wonderful" contains the character for "enemy." This signifies something so wonderful that one might even have a chance of winning against the enemy, something admirable despite being an enemy (there are various interpretations), and is nothing less than a prayer for world peace, expressing the hope that two things that cannot be mixed will come together.
