Global warming, driven by massive carbon dioxide emissions from burning fossil fuels since the Industrial Revolution, is causing the Earth's average temperature to steadily rise. This has led to the accelerating melting of ancient ice in both the Antarctic and Arctic—ice that has existed for millennia.

The impact of global warming extends far beyond melting ice, affecting weather patterns, ecosystems, and human lives in myriad ways. The UN General Assembly adopted the SDGs in 2015, setting goals to be achieved by 2030 to ensure humanity's continued survival on Earth. Yet, we live in a world where heatstroke alerts are frequently issued in summer, and people fear the deadly consequences of extreme heat. We must prevent temperatures from exceeding 40°C.

With this prayer in mind, we encased a "4" motif within an ice-like form. This "Freeze Product" embodies a paradox: the wish that what melts the ice is not the rising temperatures caused by global warming, but the warmth of a heart that cares for others.

Marking its 25th anniversary and embarking on a fresh new chapter, JAM HOME MADE presents a collection themed "25+1=NICOICHI" (Two-as-One). It is a collection that harmonizes elements that would normally be incompatible—transforming the concept of "Danger: Do Not Mix" into "Mix for Something Wonderful."
It fuses incompatible worlds—such as aristocrats and laborers, upscale neighborhoods and slums, or guards and prisoners—into a single, unified entity. Drawing inspiration from unexpected pairings like salt on watermelon, pineapple on pizza, or even a ring inside potato salad, the collection translates the unique sense of unity that emerges from such jarring contrasts into decorative pieces.
The Japanese word for "wonderful" (*suteki*) actually contains the character for "enemy" (*teki*). This implies a level of excellence that compels one to acknowledge the merit of an adversary—a "bravo, even to an enemy" sentiment (though theories vary). Ultimately, it embodies a wish for world peace, born from the hope that two irreconcilable forces might find common ground.
