As a wish for peace and tranquility, we incorporated a product that simultaneously embodies both danger and safety, using it as a symbol of "Nikoichi" (a smile).

25+1=NICOICHI

Celebrating its 25th anniversary, JAM HOME MADE is starting anew with a collection themed 25+1=NICOICHI. It combines seemingly incompatible elements, creating a "Nikoichi" collection that harmonizes "dangerous things that shouldn't be mixed" into something wonderful.
The incompatible overground and underground, such as nobles and laborers, celebrity neighborhoods and slums, guards and prisoners, are brought together like salt on watermelon, pineapple on pizza, and apples on potato salad, creating a sense of unity that is both Japanese and Western, and the idea of mixing them together is reflected in decorative works that are like two halves of a whole.
The word "wonderful" contains the character for "enemy." This means that it is so wonderful that one feels they have a chance of winning even though they are the enemy, and that they are admirable despite being the enemy. (There are various theories) It is nothing less than a prayer for world peace, with the hope that the two sides that cannot be mixed will come together.
